Urban Pacific is also proud to announce Paul Harragon – one of New South Wales modern day rugby league’s legends, as the Community Ambassador for Sanctuary. Born and bred in the Hunter region, Paul was an original member of the Newcastle Knights Rugby League Club and has worked closely with the project team in planning for the new Sanctuary community.
