Overview
Sanctuary will provide diversified living choices with the aesthetic appeal of thoughtfully-designed homes and streetscapes via a series of design guidelines, implemented through a builder panel individually selected for this project.
Encompassing 118 hectares in total, approximately 45 hectares of the estate has been reserved for open space, parklands, recreational and community facilities. Upon completion, in excess of 700 new families will call Sanctuary their home.
A broad range of homesite choice, in both size and orientation, will be offered throughout the life of the project, with the release of the first stage coming soon.
