Kingstone Homes is a family owned business operating for over 40 years. The company’s head office is located at Tuggerah and we build homes from the Northern Beaches of Sydney to the Great Lakes Shire, Central Coast, Lake Macquarie and the Lower Hunter Regions.
Designs are available for all land types, sloping sites, level blocks, single storey, acreage designs, elevated, split level, etc. and cater for the first home buyer on a limited budget, to the ‘mansion’ end of the market. We offer an in house architect design service and encourage clients’ involvement in design.
