In order to create a distinctive neighbourhood identity for Sanctuary, four builders have been hand chosen to provide planning and design support for the new Sanctuary community.
To ensure a consistent and aesthetically-pleasing community is created, a set of design guidelines for both private and public built form has been created. Each builder will be available on request to assist every new resident in Sanctuary choose and design their dream home.
The planning and design of the homes at Sanctuary involves a process of recognising and identifying the variety of situations and needs of potential future residents. This diversity is catered for by providing an array of innovative housing solutions to suit many varying types of family units and lifestyles.
