The project partners Urban Pacific (developer) and Landcom (landowner), are excited to combine the wealth of experience and award winning examples of quality residential communities, to create a benchmark development that embraces the location environment, and the needs of the Sanctuary community.
Over the past 30 years Landcom have developed residential, commercial and industrial properties producing more than 60,000 lots and dwellings in NSW, creating developments which set new standards in social environment and economic sustainability.
